These focaccias are made with a mixed dough of stone-ground wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil. A traditional Apulian recipe that makes them unique and ideal for tasting or for filling with ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, olives, rosemary, onion, walnuts, etc. The shelf life of these focaccias is 48 hours, but can increase significantly if stored in the refrigerator.
