The traditional Apulian recipe

The potato focaccias are made with a mixed dough of stone-ground wheat flour, steamed potatoes and extra virgin olive oil. A traditional Apulian recipe that makes them unique and ideal for tasting or for being stuffed with ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, olives, rosemary, onion, walnuts, etc. The shelf life of these flatbreads is 48 hours, but can increase significantly if they are stored in the refrigerator.
